I had one of these before but my daughter got sick and well…we are not going to share details. I had to throw it away..so I ordered it from Amazon.com and was expecting it to be at my house within a few days. UPS lost the box, so I emailed Amazon, they rushed me another one right away! I never did get the other box but this product is wonderful!! My back is saying ahhhhhh again. When you open the box, you think, how in the world is this ever going to fit on the my bed but once the air hits it and it relaxes, it is true to size, easy to work with and wonderfully comfortable. I would highly recommend this product to everyone and the pillows are GREAT!!! They come INSIDE the cover not on the outside of the product. Best wishes and sweet dreams!

How do I talk my mom into buying me a new memory foam mattress pad? 10 points for the best answer.?
I have this really old, crappy mattress that I can't fall asleep on. I guess it's not that old it's about 10-15 years old. My mom has this really nice 2 year old mattress, it's one of the $1,000 memory foam ones. But she can't even afford to buy me something to go on top of my mattress for $160, I don't know wat memory foam mattress pads they are called so i'll just call them a mattress pad. My mom promised to buy me one last year but ended up spending $15 on mine and buying herself something to make her mattress warmer instead. My mattress actually hurts to lay on because it's worn out so anytime I lay on it I have mettle springs sticking me in the back. My friends always lay on the floor instead of sleepovers. I told my mom it was uncomfortable but she said I was being spoiled (she refused to even lay on it by the way). I hardly get any sleep now, I go to bed at ten fall asleep at three or four p.m. and wake at six a.m. I told my mom that too and she just said I should get to sleep earlier. It's 1:41 a.m. now. She just bought me a $30 early xmas present and it may be hard to get her to buy me something else. Please give me some advice, thanks bye.

I bought mine for the guest bedroom when I had elderly parents coming to visit. What a wonderful product! I unrolled it immediately upon receipt and laid it out over the bed to air for a couple of days before adding bedding, but I didn’t ever really notice the “chemical odor” that is noted by other buyers. I now use the guest bed for rest when my back or body is particularly stressed, especially on those nights when I’ve had a strenuous KINESIS workout at the gym. Very comfy. I can sleep all night here, but I can also lay down for 20 minutes and feel refreshed and ready to go again!
I can NOT use it with my regular mattress because our master bedroom mattress has the extra thick mattress with the suspension built in (as opposed to separate mattress and box springs). That is a very thick mattress and if I add a topper to it, then my linens won’t fit the bed.
The title of my review says it ALL – The smell of this sucker is STRONG!! [being similar to a chemical/new plastic/formaldehyde smell, all rolled into one], And last, like it seems FOREVER!!)
If you want to save yourself A LOT of grief, pain and suffering (on the Nose level), then for the Love-Of-God, AIR THIS SUCKER OUT, for at least a WEEK!! (Seriously! [most of the reviewers are RIGHT ON with this]) — After that, you will find that it is not only tolerable, but is rather enjoyable and plain COMFY!!
Is it worth it?, YES!! (The comfort is Beyond description or imagination!), but if you don’t air-it-out then you will SUFFER with all of the aliments [and more] listed by others (headaches, sneezing, etc., etc.) — (PS – It also does “reflect” your own body heat, as others have noted. But I like this, since I can turn the heater down [I'm sure the summers might not be that pleasant though]).
So, overall, do yourself a BIG favor. BUY IT and then LEAVE IT (unboxed/unfolded) out in your garage for a week or so, and then [afterwards] you’ll LOVE IT!!! (My 2 cents
We bought the memory foam topper to put on top our camp trailer mattress. The original mattress is really BAD. It considerably improved the “sleepability” of the bed. We don’t have any other foam mattresses so it took some getting used to. The mattress conforms to one’s body so turning over can be somewhat daunting. We bought the king size to go on our “trailer” queen size bed (which is shorter than a regular queen) since we were going to have to trim it anyway. Turns out that the width was close enough to the queen size that we only had to trim for length. That was really easy with a good sharp long bladed knife. So, for those of you out there with an uncomfortable RV mattress, this is a good solution.
Purchased this product after unsuccessful back surgery – it fit right over our fairly firm futon queen mattress and helps tremendously with relieving pressure points. Other reviews have mentioned the chemical smell. It is strong, but the manufacturer does include instructions regarding this and that it should be aired out for AT LEAST 24 hours.
The 2 inch one would probably have been a better choice as this is almost too thick, but it definitely made a difference with sleeping.
The only downside I can think of is that it is a bit warm – doesn’t necessarily provide good heat escape. This can be overcome by removing a blanket.
I purchased this mattress topper about a month ago. The price of $189.00 with no shipping/tax from Amozon was great. I received the mattress within five days. It came in a 2X3 box…it was wrapped in plastic and condensed. When I opened it, there was alittle smell. I unfolded the mattress and placed it in another bedroom to air-out and finish expanding to the full king size. It took about 4 to 5 hrs to expand and for the smell to go away.
Overall, I am very happy with the foam mattress. I thought I may get hot during the night sinse your body is surounded alittle by the foam, but I wasn’t hot or uncomfortable at all. Also, at first I thought it was alittle firm, But after an hour or so it was very comfortable. It wasn’t as hard as my very firm mattress.
I thought the mattress came with a cover. But it didn’t. It’s just a 3″ thick foam mattress. Make sure your fitted sheets are the deep ones, so you can place the foam on top of your mattress and then place the fitted sheet over both.
I would recommend this foam mattress. Enjoy, I am!!!

This is cooler to sleep on than the unventilated ones but I can’t keep the sheets from wrinkling under our bodies. That is my only concern.

I am a college student living in a dorm-environment and the beds were rock hard. This product has transformed my bed and now I sleep really well every night. The pillow is a nice addition as well (though it only came with one, its better than none).
This memory foam enhancer turned out really nice. My daughter found it truly helped the hospital bed she was sleeping on. Getting it to the destination it was meant to be sent to was a completely different story. I have always been such a fan of Amazon but this has changed everything…..they were horrible to deal with and I will probably never purchase anything using Amazon again.
Feel so good to sleep on. Well worth the price for a good nights sleep.
This product has given me a chance for sleep. Having Lyme kills your joints and this offers a inexpensive, and non drug inducing, way to get rested.
I’m surprised to find myself happy with this mattress topper! I’ve never been impressed by the all memory foam mattresses at the mattress stores and bought this topper out of the need to provide some sort of relief for my husband’s bad back. I’d conducted a lot of research comparing different brands and have found that indeed, the Visco2 brand is a winner. One of the concerns I’d had was that there might be a lingering chemical odor. Frankly, there was very little to begin with and what little there was dissipated very quickly.
I bought the 2″ thickness but wish now that I hadn’t wimped out and gotten the 3″ thick one instead. Reviews I’d read had mentioned feeling trapped in the mattress and difficulty turning. While there is an indention made by your body when you sit or lay on this topper, at 2″ it’s no where near enough to impede your movement and I doubt that for our requirements the 3″ topper would have proven problematic. However, I am glad that I did not buy the 3″ topper for one reason: I would have had to buy new sheets with extra, extra deep pockets. Our regular mattress has a pillow-top already and with the 2″ topper our deep pocket sheets are stretched to their capacity. Also, I was unable to fit our mattress pad over the topper so it sits on top of it with an extra flat sheet laid on top to act as a secondary barrier between the topper and the fitted sheet.
The results: My husband likes it well enough but the 3″ topper would likely have been a better choice for his large frame. Turns out that I’m the big winner in this situation. I have moderately severe chronic hip pain and was surprised and delighted to find that this topper eases a lot of the pressure on my hips and does a great job supporting them throughout the night. I wake with a lot less hip and leg pain every morning. For this benefit alone, I would buy a new one every year if the need arose. However, I don’t really anticipate such a short life span for this topper but will be sure to update my review as time progresses.
