My standard-size pillow is very supportive and resilient, and is by far the best pillow I have ever owned. This was also my girlfriend’s favorite pillow and she wanted one too, so I decided to purchase one for her. Three months later I purchased the same exact pillow (same name and brand, same customer reviews, standard size, firm support, both shipped via Amazon Prime) and was surprised to see that the two pillows offered very different levels of support. While my first pillow was very supportive and comfortable this new one provided very little support, so I decided to remove the cotton pillow case and see what was causing the difference in support. In the supportive pillow there were small holes that were uniform throughout the whole pillow that were just a bit smaller in diameter than a pencil. In the unsupportive pillow these holes were two times the size. I find it misleading that pillows that offer drastically different levels of support are being sold under the same name with the same customer reviews.

This is a very light pillow. It says 2 pounds, but it’s only 1 1/2. It definitely was never worth $99 or $79. It isn’t even worth the $19.99 I paid. If I hadn’t already opened it, I would have returned it. And it is definitely not Tempurpedic. Also, it is made in China.
I haven’t written a review in a long time — and never a negative one — but I feel people should be warned.
I bought one of these pillows for my wife for Mother’s Day. She used to toss and turn as she fell asleep at night, shifting her pillow and folding it onto itself to support her neck. Not anymore.
She is in love with her new pillow. It is soft, yet still provides plenty of support for her neck and shoulders. She was worried that it would be too hot, but it is as cool and can be and doesn’t create any heat at all.
A very nice removable cover is included. I feel like I got an absolute bargain. I would have paid five or six times this much money if I would have purchased it at a department store.
I bought this pillow with a lot of skepticism – I didn’t expect to like the contour and i didn’t know if I would really like memory foam, either. But I thought for the price I would at least try it.
It turns out that memory foam and I were truly meant to be. The pillow gets a nice little cave where your head is resting, but it plumps back up as soon as you lift your head. I think some people don’t like that, but I hate when my pillows get permanent depressions. Also, the contour feels great and I have not been sore at all when I wake up (although that’s not saying much because I rarely get sore from sleeping). Lastly, the cover is as soft as a baby’s ass, and I love that you can zip it off and wash it easily.
This pillow is a great value for the price!!
I bought this memory foam pillow when my old one wore out. This one is okay, but not high-quality, except for the pillow case it comes with. This pillow is much smaller than my last one, which I did not expect. The small side only rises to nearly 3”, and the big side goes to about 5”. My old pillow was 2” taller than that, so I feel this one doesn’t quite support my neck and head as much as I would like.
I usually wake up with my neck hurting, but not since having this pillow. So far so good!
I am a “Pillow Junkie” as I have tried just about every type of pillow on the market. The Simmons Beautyrest Memory Foam is my absolute favorite pillow! It is perfect if you are a side or back sleeper. It is not too thick or too thin and comfortably conforms to the shape of your head. After a recent surgery and spending more time then usual in bed I was very comfortable with this pillow.
I slept on my stomach for much of my life, but in the last year, noticed an increased number of nights sleeping on my back. Along the way, I’ve lost sleep and gained more headaches. Someone suggested that I find a better pillow. When I saw this memory form pillow on Amazon, and on sale, I decided to try it out. When I received it, I was instantly happy with it. Having used it for a couple of weeks now, I’ve enjoyed better sleep, and probably as a result, less headaches.
The only negative aspect I’ve experienced with this pillow is when I sleep on my stomach. I find the back of my neck a little achy having slept on a pillow much higher than my old, nearly flat pillow. Overall, this is a good pillow, and I’d recommend it, especially if you sleep mostly on your back, and not on your stomach.
Searching Amazon.com for a pillow, I came upon the Simmons Beautyrest Memory Foam pillow. It was just what I was looking for. When it arrived it was a bit larger than expected, however I gave it to my significant other as a gift. He used it the first night (wanted one for between his knees) and liked it very much. He also thought it a bit larger than he wanted but when I suggested cutting it in half he said he liked it the way it is. It keeps its shape, free cover is a nice extra, and it has an excellent warranty. The pillow is as claimed in their ad and shipping was prompt and free! I would definitely recommend this.
